Deposits

  • A non-refundable 50% deposit upon ordering

  • No deposit = No order

  • Payments: Cashapp, Chase QuickAccept & Zelle

Cancellations & Refunds

  • If full balance has been paid, a 50% refund of full payment

  • May be available only if there was a notice of

7 days or more prior to pickup

Rush Orders

  • Orders placed 14 days or less in advanced must pay full balance upon ordering

  • Orders placed 7 days or less in advanced will be subject to a 25% late order fee that is non-refundable

Damage

  • Once order is handed off to client, they are 100% responsible for the damage

Are your products nut-free or allergy-friendly?

Our kitchen is not allergen-free. While some items do not contain nuts, we cannot guarantee cross-contamination. Please notify us of any allergens so we can discuss safe options.

How should I store my cake or treats?

Cakes should be kept refrigerated until 1–2 hours before serving. Cookies, cupcakes, and other treats can be kept in an airtight container at room temperature unless otherwise noted.

Can I make changes to my order after booking?

Minor changes may be possible if requested at least one week before your event date. Major changes may require a new quote.

Do you offer delivery?

Yes! We deliver in Raleigh, NC and surrounding cities for an additional fee. Delivery rates depend on distance and order size.

What flavors do you offer?

We offer a variety of cake and frosting flavors, including classics like vanilla and chocolate, as well as specialty flavors. Seasonal flavors are available throughout the year. Customers can always request a different flavor :)
